JMHL series provides a Hair-Line(HL) polishing service for the metal coil or sheet, which has a stable frame structure and the pressure adjustable contact rollers. Through the low speed and adjustable downward pressure of the contact roller, the circular abrasive belt who is covered outside the contact roller draws Hair-Line(HL) mark on the surface. The finishing Hair-Line(HL) is parallel, very long line, low roughness and high glosses, the declination of one Hair-Line(HL) mark is less than 2mm within 2m surface’s length.

We have three or five polishing heads types available for the customers. JMHL series is very easy to use and characterized by low operational cost.
